What we collect
When you send a booking request or contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone (optional), number of guests, and any message. We do not ask for payment card details through the website — bookings are confirmed personally by email.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your booking request and arrange your stay
- To send confirmation, decline or follow-up emails about your enquiry
- To keep a record of guest stays for our own accounting and guest-history purposes
Website analytics
We record anonymous visit counts to understand how many people browse the site each day. We do not store your IP address — visits are counted using a one-way anonymised code that cannot be traced back to you, and this data is never shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiry details are kept for our records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, guest-history and legal purposes, and are not sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver your stay (for example, informing our channel manager of confirmed dates).
Your rights
Under EU data protection law (GDPR), you can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email and we'll respond as soon as we can.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It functions using only the technical information needed to display pages and process booking requests.
